Thank-you Hanrob for looking after our gorgeous boy Archie for three weeks this July 2023. We were a little worried about him as he is very active and three weeks is a long time away. We needn’t have as the staff took great care of him and judging by the Facebook posts he had lots of fun. He came back smelling nice and they even cut his nails! On leaving he kissed the trainer goodbye. He will be back 🐕

First time leaving my 2 cats for 10 days. They look very happy and relaxed, definitely great experience and I will bring them back next time! The staff was very helpful, send me photos and making sure to give updates! Overall 5 star experience thank you again

amazing!!, they were so good with my baby boy buddy. he has separation anxiety so he needs a little extra work but they made sure he was as comfortable as he could be! they had a record on how he was doing and they handled him extremely well. he was definitely a favourite☺️. will be coming back when we go away next!! 10/10 buddy approved!! :)

We’ve put our cat here several times and choose to keep her here every time we go away, she’ always seems happy enough when we collect her… a bit on the pricey side if I’m honest as we put her in the cat condo over looking the Carp pond otherwise she’d be stuck in a little box with zero stimulation… she gets treats and tickle times but who knows if they actually do coz my cat can’t tell me ha… One down side I think is no matter what time we pick her up which is usually first thing in the morning as soon as they open, still have to pay for the full day!!! Bit cheap if you ask me..

I LOVE this kennel! I have taken my Dalmatian to a few kennels in the past (a needy and intelligent breed that doesn't do so well in a kennel) and he's always come back very nervous and skinny. I have taken him to Hanrob (previously WCPC) 3 times now and each time he has been so happy afterwards and not underweight. I receive feedback after each of his stays and it's clear that the staff there absolutely love animals which makes me feel very comfortable leaving him in your care. I look forward to bringing him in again for his next stay!

Have used Hanrob (previously West Coast Pet Care) for puppy training and looking after my German Shepherds & cats since 2010. Staff have always been amazing. Well trained and very caring.
